River decision 200PLO (deep)

This hand posed some rather interesting decisions. The table was LAGGY (Friday night style). PF a pot size raise was standard and a 3-bet pretty usual too. Villain was steaming quite a bit after having stacked off at least 2 times (1 to me) and I was running pretty nicely at this table (1 of 4 that wasn't a complete disaster by the way). What do you do with this river (and entire hand)?

Flop: ($72, 2 players)
UTG+2 checks, Hero bets $54 (Standard CB here), UTG+2 calls (did he slowplay/float me with air or is he drawing?).

Turn: ($180, 2 players)
UTG+2 checks, Hero checks (WA/WB, (I dont put him on 6xxx here as I think a hand like that would bet out) I check to control pot size mostly. Is this play bad?).

River: ($180, 2 players)
UTG+2 bets $180, Hero ??

I thought for a few and called and he turned over (I'm at work so not 100% sure of the 4th card) QJTx r, x something stupid, for a bluff on the river. Your analysis was spot on, both of you, except that I still disagree about the reraising preflop part, but I might have to concede that point. Not betting full pot on flop was a mistake too.
