I'm for folding on this turn card against his aggression. He could have a draw, but you should have ample opportunities to take money from this clown. Folding what is a decent chance is the best hand is ok in this spot.

I did not want to give it all back the next hand

I think we will never know but there is a descent chance he had a good hand. There is also a descent chance he had something like KK and realised he shoulda had bet before and now tilty throws it all in.
I will try to get it out of him.
