Call or Raise the Turn Here ($200 SH)

$200 FTP 6max.

Villain is directly to my right and he's a good but typical FTP player that runs 25/16/3.5 and is very aggressive on all streets.

In a previous hand, he raised in the SB as a steal and I thumped him in the BB, and he folded after thinking. I don't think he likes me.

1 EP full stack limper, Villain raises in the CO, and I call OTB with 6[d] 6[c]. EP calls too.

Fliop ($23) 6[h] 8[c] Q[d]. Ck, Villain makes his standard CB of $20, I make an agonizing pause and call hoping EP calls, but he folds.

Turn ($63) 2[h] Villain thinks for 2 seconds and leads $45. Once he bets he has $137 left and the pot is 108 before I call.

What option sounds best:
1) Min raise since he probably can't fold AQ to just a MR but will be commited on the river if he calls.
2) Flat call since he's laggish and prone to fire away and any river bet commits him.
3) Push which might look bluffy or might allow him to fold his TP or overpair.

Yes he will fire again with all kinds of crap that he won't call a turn minimum raise with, which leads to "call" as an option. But the board has some draws on it, and it would suck for him to catch one, or (almost as bad) for an obvious one to come and him to check/fold the river. For instance you could have 97 or 75 here, and if they happen to be hearts then a lot of players would call the turn. So any heart, T, or 4 could be a scare card. Not to mention any broadway card could scare him if he's on like AQ and thinks you could have KQ QJ QT.

I think a slowplay of one street is enough. Raise the turn. Make it the minimum if you want, but raise it.

i would have raised flop. but once you call flop i think you should call turn too.

This board ispretty drawless so only a fool will call a turn raise with anything less than a set.

If he has an overpair, he has a problem. He really shouldnt bet the river but will he really check fold? I doubt it.

He'll either bet the river and pray you have AQ or he will check and call a fairly large bet hoping you have AQ or a missed JT or 97 or something like that.

I flat call and if he checks the river, I bet $90.

For starters, this is not how I usually play this hand. Ice knows that I've been experimenting with calling down LAGs more (I suck at it though). So I usually raise the flop here.

I flat called the turn.

River was a juicy 6[s] for quadage. He checks.

I bet $75 into the 129 pot and he folded without much tought.

This seems to happen to me a ton where they fold the river like that. He can't really put me on quads after I call him down so did he really fold a Q there? Huh?

I'd say he maybe had air but I see them fold this so often to me I have to wonder.

He raised in the cutoff. At FTP that means he has 2 cards.

He either had nothing and fired 2 barrells (which is a good reason NOT to raise the flop), or hes pretty good and got away from a hand where you obviously had him beat.
