If $50 is the correct bet size when I dont want to see a 4th spade, is it really the correct bet size when i DO want to see a 4th spade? I dont know if he has the , but I think if he calls a decent sized turn bet, he does.

Thats why I think I want to bet a little less. Its easier for him to call with the and he might either check raise me as a bluff since its looks like the flush scared me or he might check raise me with a set / 2 pair since he might think that Im the one with the and trying to price myself in.

As I said, I usually raise preflop, but you cant raise it every time especially if both limpers are short stacked.

I don't like raising suited connectors that have no top pair value into a field of limpers. Most of the time you aren't gonna flop any kind of a decent hand. Hands like 88 or ATo are much better for limper-punishing.
