Here's something I didn't know. I just looked it up. I'm in better shape if he has a set of 7's there (60%) on the flop vs a pair of Aces (44%).

This is an interesting idea but as stoneburg said correctly you cant od this based on results just because you lost a couple bad beats means nothing. The other thing you cant calculate is lost equity, you limp push all in and someone folds AQ where they would have called a 6 X BB raise and given you a stack if they hit a Q or someone who folds AK to your all in because they think you have a small pair and doesnt want to coin flop for almost no dead money, if you make it 5x they may repop you and commit themselves. Its is an interesting theoretical idea and in a lot of SNG type scenarios or short stacked tournies it might work well but in cash games I really hate the play.

I think there is a reason that there is no sucessful poker player doing this. You are also taking all the advantage of playing better than them. Getting all in preflop all the skill out of the game. With QQ vs AK you have a big advanatge if you only look at a flop, he only flops a pair one out of 3 times, if you bet him off his hand every other time he miss's and he wins everytime he hits you win long run. If you push in preflop he gets to see all 5 cards with AK and you are a much smaller favorite. With big pairs you lose action with so many hands you have crushed, plus not to mention all the times you push with subpar hands and get stacked. Or get called by a stronger ace.
