razor thin value bet w/ set (1/2 NL)

Opponent is a loose weak-tight player. 65/5. He has been folding flops and turns to me constantly. This is one of the few times we go to the river. Is this value bet too thin? I plan on folding if he check/raises. Opponent has like $103 left on the river.

I would just check behind. If he has been constantly folding to my bets then he obviously has something here, and loose passive players are more than capable of checking a straight on the river, especially when the flush card comes.

I think you are just being greedy here.
