Big flop for BB OOP (1/2 SH)

No read. I just sat and have never played with the guy. It was the weekend though, and his flop raise seems out of place.

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is BB with
2 folds, Button calls, SB calls, Hero checks.

Flop: ($6, 3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $5, Button raises to $21, SB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: ($48, 2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $24, Hero calls.

River: ($96, 2 players)
Hero bets $70


I think the flop and turn are pretty standard. Maybe I should reraise the flop but I usually don't like to give out the strength of my hand that early.

I didn't know what to do on the river though. He had $150 left and I was folding to a raise. What do you think?

I don't see what calls you on the river unless it's a flush, or better. He has a 7, something like 88 or 99 most of the time if you're ahead. I think reraising the flop is the best play here. You can't really win a huge pot against a 7 or smaller overpair most of the time anyway.
