$1/$2 NL heads up at Full Tilt. I look at the tables to see who is playing. There is a guy playing 4 tables. I sit at an open table and this guy sits down. We both have $200. By default, I assume he must be smarter than the avg bear since hes playing 5 heads up tables.
Its the very 1st hand.
He raises to $6 on the button and I call. Cards to be revealed later.
Pot $12. Flop
[7d][5h]. I check, he bets $12 and I call.
Pot $36. Turn
. I check and he checks behind.
Pot $36. River
. I lead $24. He min raises to $48.
I did not bet the river just to take it away from him because he checked the turn, but he doesnt know that. I have a good hand. Not knowing anything at all about this guy except hes 5 tabling heads up, what do you put him on and how strong a hand do I need to reraise?
If I think I have the winner but based on the action, I doubt that he would call a reraise, do you put any value in just calling to see his cards since its the 1st hand and it will help with later reads (since I wont get any more money out of him in most cases)?
