Open ended flush and straight draws = raise every time. Every time.

You have 15 outs and at the very worst (up against a set) you are only a 42/57 dog. You are way ahead of almost any other hands.

Raise now so don't have to hit your outs and the flat fold.

Raise now so if you hit your outs you have a big pot to win.

You CR to hide your draws so you get paid when they hit AND to build a big pot with a big drawing hand. Pound turn for same reason.
