General flopped nuts question for discussion?

I was reading throught the PLO section of Omaha hi in SSII and wondering about a hand.

The topic is basically you flop the nut str8 with 2 suited cards we don't have the flush draw. Ex: we have AKxx and the flop is Q,J,T. with 2 clubs, we can't make a flush and don't have the .

What's your general line here? For the sake of arguement well assume stacks are pretty equal. I realize our position is important but what's the overall objective here? Get to the river as cheap as possible and pot if no flush hits?

Keep the pressure on the whole way?

Depends on following factors:

- number of opponents in the hand
- stack sizes
- pot size
- position

If you give me a scenario in which at least 3 out of 4 of these are given, then I may be able to answer. 6 handed, small pot this is a likely check-fold. Heads up in a raised pot you bet.

One key thing to keep in mind: the smaller the pot on the flop (relative to stack sizes), the more inclined you should be to fold.
