After my flop bet OOP I knew I might have hooked a fish here and want to get him in.
Any comments on every move are welcome good and bad.

SB checks, Hero bets $1.75, UTG calls, 2 folds.

Turn: :3c ($7.5, 2 players)
Hero bets $4.75, UTG calls.

River: :ah ($17, 2 players)

If he has AJ I am screwed or AA ofcourse but AJ could be likely I think?

Still I am a little confused what to bet here.

What're the stack sizes?

I would bet more on the flop and turn to try and get his stack in. I would bet about $15 on the river and call a shove (as long as you're both not ridiculously deepstacked or something).

I always play the underfull fast. If he doesn't have a J, you're not getting that much anyway. You're goal is to stack a J and charge a J to draw.
