I am interested in hearing if this is a good move BF or should it be played differently?
As for the reads on players... Villain is a Showdown Muppet based on the small sample, and the other guy is a plain calling station based on bigger sample...

Hand 1: what is the BB's pfr%?

Hand 2: I think you have to call. From your description, CO could have merely an overpair here, like TT or JJ or a flush draw. Your pot odds are also pretty decent, i.e. better than 4 to 1.

Hand 1: At $25 NL I am not folding KK preflop unless I have an amazing read, people over value so many hands that you have crushed that you need to just get it all in. The big reraise is fine with the stack sizes raising to $10 or $12 is unless since it just means you are putting it all in no matter what on the flop anyways.

Hand 2: Same thing, there are so many hands that you beat here that he plays this same way that you cant fold. He could have flopped a set but he also could have 99-QQ and think his overpair is good. Either way you are calling $10 to win $40 no way to fold. Also in hand 2 what is villian PFR? A larger PFR means he could have a set here if he a smalll PFR he is much more likely to have an overpair as opposed to a set.

Maybe it's one of the differences between NL25 and NL50, but I really haven't seen that many preflop all-ins when both players have full stacks (short stacks are a completely different story).

The 3 times (in ~8K hands of NL50) I've been all-in preflop have beeh AA vs. KK, AA vs. KK, and AA vs. JJ. I had AA all 3 times (and even more amazing, they held up every time).

Hand 1 - I could see a case for either getting it all in preflop or calling the reraise and seeing a flop (and then most likely still getting it all in on the flop).

Hand 2 - no way you can fold that. When he check/raises all-in like that, you're probably beat - but you only have to be ahead ~25% of the time to profitably call.
