I've got a ton of hands with MissTurdBall and I don't think I've ever seen him/her chat.
The reason he thinks you are a fish is because you are probably way more aggro than him. He's a touch too passive for my tastes even though he seems to be a consistent winner.
If he starts following you around I wouldn't worry about it, he's not a regular that I worry about much.
