Cute little induce bluff play (2/5 NL Live - Red Rock, LV)

Crazy game, Friday night, bunch of drunk locals.

I usually play online so this kind of stuff is new to me... Is this an advanced play or just some crazy player that got lucky?

The BB in this hand was a very loose aggresive player. It is hard to judge his overall play because he was getting good cards, but he was certainly comfortable at the table and I never saw him do anything stupid. He has a large stack at this point.

EP limps.
LP limps.
SB completes.
BB checks.

Normally, there is a lot of betting but everyone is checking this hand.

Turn:
River:

On river, after SB checks, the BB starts laughing, looks at this hand and turns over a K. Then he bets $40 at this $20 pot. Fold. The LP player smiles and raises to $150.

The BB says, "Oh man, that sucks." And laughs some more.

But, he calls quickly and takes the pot with his K, no kicker vs a total bluff.

Only an idiot tries to bluff a guy off of TP in a live game when hes already seen the TP card.

This is a typical ploy used by some seasoned professionals. This guy was obviously one.
