Top 2 and a str8 draw

This guy is pretty tight one of the few people in my 6max DB under 45%. His agression is pretty high so when he raises the flop my first thought was set or draw. I call/ check and he bets the turn. His PFr is 18% so I think if he has QQ he probably raises preflop in postion and I dont think he plays bottom set this fast, the case JJ is the only thing that he really can have that has me beat. I can make an arguement to fold, call and raise on this turn.

Fold to the flop raise, unless villain is really out of line and you already decided you're so ahead of his range that you can get your stack in.
Also, that barely deserves to be called a straight draw. You're really not much favored over an overpair with a flush draw.

To give you an example of a play a made which I considered marginal but profitable against overaggro donkeys, look at this hand from last night and compare to your hand:
I had KQJTds in the BB and call a raise from donkey in LP. EP also calls.
Flop comes JT4r. I have top two, 8 clean straight outs and two backdoor flush draws. Checked to donkey who pots, I checkraise the max, EP sighs and folds (he had TT he claimed), donkey pushes with KK55r. Of course he hits a 4 on the river, but that's beside the point, which is that I had a lot of clean outs just in case my read that he was on an overpair was wrong.

In your case, if you're wrong (and his turn bet looks like he's beating your top two), then you hardly have outs. This is a situation to avoid, unless you really have a stellar read.
