AA against bluffer ($100NL 6-max)

bluffer-villain limps UTG+1. i raise AA to $5 from the SB. BB calls and so does villain. history with villain is as follows: previously he limped in EP and called Buttons raise. i'd also called from the BB. he fired 1/2 pot on flop, 2/3 pot on turn, and 1/2 pot on river w/ no pair. i looked him up w/ weak trips. he seems to bluff a lot. after i looked him up in the first hand he did some preflop spewing, 3betting and 4betting all in. i took another $30 off him preflop when he shoved with like A9 or Q9 or something and i called w/ JJ.

anyway back to hand....$160 effective stacks here

flop: [5s][4c]
pot: $14.50

i decide to check. BB checks, villain bets $5. i call, BB folds.

turn:
pot: $24.50

i decide to check it again, villain bets $15. i call.

river:
pot: $54.50

i check, villain insta-pots. i call.
