Awkward stack sizes what now 5/10NL

I have $1000 in front of me SB has me covered, and BB starts the hand with $160. 2 limpers to me and I decide to get frisky with , I raise to $40. SB calls, BB min raises to $80. The guy now has less than $70 behind him. I have played a ton of hands with the SB and I'm 100% sure he is going to call. I know I'm beat this is guy is a total NIT. Can I really fold getting 5:1, also in a game that is pretty aggressive can I fold an risk having everyone thinking they can steal my raise with a reraise.

Ok I think a fold might be correct here as you guys say, this is a wierd spot. From a metagame perspective I hate folding, it looks really weak tight and at and action table I dont want to have to make a decision for all my chips every time I raise.

I'm really no concerned that I'm not closing the action, the SB is a good enough player that he knows what the NIT has and for him to push after I call the raise is not going to happen. I guess I should have folded though it is really hard getting 5:1 on my call after I raise. As it turns out BB had KK. Flop was JT7 and I got repriced in to call with top pair and a gutty.
