So what do you think of this play? I think the raise on the button pf was good although not so sure about the all-in after the flop - maybe more of a tournament play than cash game? Plus it was my first hand I seen a flop with in the session so didn't really have a read on the guy yet.

You need to do this with the Ac, not just the Kc.

And if you don't have a read on the guy, that makes your play even more questionable.

If you had the Ac, then this is pretty standard.

It's a good play because of the range of hands you can put him on. If he has the Ace of clubs, you may have the best hand right there because of your kicker.
