I don't understand why anyone would reraise here. I haven't play a lot of FR for a while, but reraising a tight UTG raiser with QQ is just not something that I would ever do. I'd rather fold.
Sure you may have lost the minimum by reraising and folding to the 4-bet, but you also re-raised yourself out of an opportunity of stacking villain.
