Common situation for me AAxx ds whiffs by a mile

Is it worth taking a stab here when this happens. I rarely get this hand to do much for me it seems.... Actually I had it flop real nice once for me in a blind vs blind battle, which I won practiaclly nothing on. Is it worth taking a shot on this type of board?

seems reasonable but i'd bet pot if making a cb because i would bet pot if i hit. you don't want people to think that less than pot bet is weakness and a good opponent can use it against you.

this is why i don't like raising big pair hands as they don't improve often enough. i'd much rather raise wrappy hands. best way to play this depends on how your opponents react in these situations.

If it were HU a potsized Cbet would be standard; in this spot I would probably check most of the time unless opponents are really passive/straightforward, or unless I've been playing really tight.
