I would personally check and call if you have any inclination this guy might be a bit bluffy. I think players have flush draws more often than they have low wrap/str8 draws in general (most play any suited ace, most will fold a majority of low-orientated hands), and people love bluffing a missed draw when there's no other way to win and you give them a glimmer of hope by checking. It's one of my favourite plays; however, that CAN mean that I use it a bit too often I think - in this spot, a small bet might actually not be too bad as a "blocker". Given that you've repped a set here, he probably won't raise with air if you make what appears to be a small value bet (I think I favour this more the bigger the stacks are). I like both plays here and I think it depends on the oppo and what your own outlook is to the game. If you like the "blocking bet" this is a pretty decent spot for it.
