Everyone has the same problem with JJ. Its a very tough hand to play. I raise preflop of course but them try to keep the pot smallish, because if it gets bis, you normally have a problem.
You normally get overcard (s) and when you dont, the flop will be something like 974 and if the pot gets huge, you only beat TT or an idiot with A9.
My only advice is to try to control the pot size.

Fold, raise, call...the joke of NLHE is that there's NO WAY to play JJ properly.
6max: I pfr 100%, often 3bet pf...
FR, pfr 100%, not often 3betting it.
JJ = QQ for 6max (generally). I'm more willing to give it up postflop if it comes 9-high though and i'm getting big resistance.
