Guy to my left calls the raise, he is playing a lot of pots, not raising much.
The big blind also calls, no reads on him.

I bet 8, LG raises to 16, I do what?

I would bet more on the flop.

River looks like a call. If he had a lower flush you would've heard from him on the turn and a K is likely but he bets the turn most of the time there. You will see people checking behind with full houses a lot hoping you catch up (this is a mistake, nonetheless people will make this one a lot). Minraises on the river are almost always a monster, or air. And at that, not air very often. It is quite possible that he is over valueing a flush or K a a monster here, but I think he will fold to a shove a % of the time which would make it -EV to shove.

That said, bet the turn.

I figured him to not be able to get away from AK-KQ-KJ-K10 type hands and pushed over the top on the river. He definetly didn't get away from his hand he flipped over K8 for the full house. Looking back I should have just called the minraise and probably should've bet the turn.
