I can see the argument for raising on the flop, however it just does not quite fit into my style of play at this time, I feel if I hit the straight my hand is not obvious and the LAG will pay me off, also he is unlikely to lay his hand down to a raise, plus with others left to act behind me, I am happy to encourage multiway action giving better odds on my draw.
Anyhow on the river I bet $22 expecting a call from 3 jacks or two pair, he flat called with

After the hand I was thinking checking behind may have been a better move, however upon reflection I was being results based, bet/fold appears to be the best option.
