$200 NL
UTG doubled me up about 5 minutes after he sat down after he openraised and I CRAI on an AA2 flop and he called 75 bbs with 55. He reloaded and limped a few hands after that and took down some pots with poor hands. I have him covered.
UTG limps, I make it $9 on button with red QQ, only UTG calls.
Flop 9[c] 4[d] 5[d] ($21) He check calls my $21 bet.
Turn 9[c] 4[d] 5[d] 7[c]. ($63). He check calls my $60 bet.
River 9[c] 4[d] 5[d] 7[c] 8[c] ($183) He shoves for $163.
Hero…..
How many people check the turn?
Assuming he’d shove here with A9-T9s,Ac5c, Ad6d, 89s and 76s I’m at 65%, if I throw in the offsuit 98 and 76, 86s, and Ad8d, I’m at about 34%, throw in 66 and I’m under 33.
Does this look like a reasonable range to put him on? I'm having a hard time with this one because his range could be so damn wide. I imagine there’s a few missed flush draws he’d bluff at but I left them out of the mix to counter the fact I don't know what the hell he could limp UTG and call down with, given my impression of him.
I often play poorly against truly awful players and have to try and step back and look at it from a non-biased perspective.
