2/4NL 6max TPTK blind vs. blind with history

I recently stacked the villian in this hand. I had a note on him that he seemed to use position agressively. So in a hand previous to the one in question it went like this:

I open in MP wiht AA and he calls next to act, others fold.

Flop comes QQx and I kinda weak lead for 1/2 pot. He miniraises and I call. Turn brings a J. I figure he either has me on the flop or not. I check call a pot bet. River brings a 10. I check he goes all in for a pot bet. I decide to pay off AK if he got lucky with it this way but still figuring he either had me on the flop or not (or caught a 2 outer to beat me). I call. He has 67s and I win. A couple hands later I see he has typed in chat in CAPS a few lines like HOW CAN YOU CALL THAT and YOU DONK. I usually ignore this stuff and don't respond but decide to needle him a bit and type back something like: Stack off with 7 high much? and then LMAO

Se he reloads and a round or 2 later I open raise with AK in the sb and he flat calls me in the bb.

Fllop comes AQ9 with 2 hearts I think. I have no heart. I lead for about 2/3 pot and he miniraises me agian. This time I put in a moderate size 3 bet and he insta pushes all in.

What do I do and why?
