3-bet from SB with JJ (100NL 6 max)

Villain is running at 24/17. We've been at the table together for probably 70 or so hands. I have 3-bet him three other times in that span (mostly with crap cause he is trying to steal my blind a lot), and he has folded every time.

He may be getting sick of me 3-betting him.

Do I slow down here, or fire a 2nd barrel. I hate JJ out of position. Should I just call PF? That seems so weak.

Any other advice here? Flop bet too small? it's still 2/3 pot. Does betting $3 more make that much of a difference? I doubt it

I do personally prefer a bigger flop bet, but I think betting this turn is bad.

reraise more preflop, bet more on the flop.
