Cardrunners hand I do not get (NL$200 6-max)

After noticing half this forum has a chubby for cardrunners, I figured I'd hop on the bandwagon.

Heads up, NL$200. Hero has $267 stack on SB and BB covers. BB is running at 40/6.

1. Hero is on the button and raises to $7 with [9d], BB reraises to $20 and hero calls.

2. Flop [Qc][5d], pot $40. BB leads $32 and hero calls.

3. Turn , BB leads $100 and hero calls, saying he "doesn't see any value in raising here, as he's only gonna call me with hands that beat me." Shoving would be another $130.

Am I the only one who thinks not shoving is quite bad here?

I agree, that's an easy shove.

If he has you beat you can't fold the river anyway, so why not put it in now? If he has a decent Q he is not folding. Also, if you don't shove what do you do if the river is a diamond?

Definite shove time. "He's only gonna call me with hands that beat me" is simply not true -- there's no way someone who has say [Qs] or [Qs] can possibly fold to a push. Ditto something like [As] or [Ks]. Weak Qs will call if it's headsup, they'll have you on a bluff a certain % of the time. All sorts of medium strength hands may find a reason to call, even a bare .
