After noticing half this forum has a chubby for cardrunners, I figured I'd hop on the bandwagon.
Heads up, NL$200. Hero has $267 stack on SB and BB covers. BB is running at 40/6.
1. Hero is on the button and raises to $7 with
[9d], BB reraises to $20 and hero calls.
2. Flop
[Qc][5d], pot $40. BB leads $32 and hero calls.
3. Turn
, BB leads $100 and hero calls, saying he "doesn't see any value in raising here, as he's only gonna call me with hands that beat me." Shoving would be another $130.
Am I the only one who thinks not shoving is quite bad here?
The better player should win the race. Always.
