UTG is running at 35/15, I have $120 and he has me covered.

1) UTG limps, I raise [Kc]

[9c] to $5 on the button, only UTG calls.

2. Flop [9s]

[7s][2d], pot $11. UTG checks, I bet $9, and UTG min-check-raises me to $18 and I call.

3) Turn [7h]

, UTG checks, pot $40. UTG checks, I bet $30, UTG CRAI for $66 more.

Do people ever do this with draws or is this an instamuck?

People rarely check-minraise their draws from OOP and then check the turn. Check behind on the turn.

As played, fold. This is probably 22 or 78 or something.
