I've never seen villain limp then cold-call two raises. Generally this would be with a pocket pair playing for set value, right?

After he called the flop I was lost. I felt like there's a huge chance I'm drawing to two outs, and then when the turn came, I might even be drawing dead. I might be against TT/JJ played really badly though.

In the hand, I c/c the turn, and c/f river (which was a J).

What I'm getting at is other than spiking a Q on the turn, I don't know what hands I'm ahead of here after he limp-called my 3bet pre-flop and then calls the flop.

Yes, you don't know what hands you are ahead of here which is why you should check it down and not bloat the pot when the action is too weird.

I think you'll often end up being way ahead or way behind the guy who might have A9s or a set.
