Should I fold this at the river just to minimise loss? I mean there's already so much in the pot, but the flush and the straight come in so easy fold?

Hand 1: That's as drawy a board as they come. At these stakes, I'd overbet push the turn and expect to be called. As played, I have a tough time folding for less than 1/2 pot.

Hand 2: I'm sure you meant bet more on the turn not the river, and you're right. As played, I fold too. I even fold if I put the buck in on the turn and he pushes river.
