I think it's good. If he was trapping w/ AA/KK, he certainly pops the flop - same if he hit a set. He almost certainly has TT/JJ/QQ - I think he folds enough to make this profitable. There is little chance that he jams on you here. If the river is a total brick, I would be ready to fire a 3rd barrel though, b/c of stack depth.
