Your bankroll buffer is more than enough. Losing 5 buyins hurts when you have just moved up, but you can expect to see bigger swings even when playing well.

I gave up on stars cash games after NL50 and moved to party, if I was living in the US I would probably play cake.

He's right. I don't want to seem harsh, but some of the posts you've made suggest that your game isn't quite ready for moving up yet.

Not harsh at all, probably makes sense, not all that comfortable with it.
