I changed my mind:
Just let it go. The odds are not good enough and we'll see the flush too often as his line is so typical for a flopped flush.
If he had about 100$ left I would call the turn expecting to get his last 100$ 90% of the time if a A or 9 hits and 50% of the time when a 3 hits (suspecting him to be a little donkish). This should make it slightly EV+ I think.
