you did pose a very general question.
And i have no problem giving free cards, against the players i play against i can often pick up bluffs in these spots and loose the min if im beat.
the times they do have a draw and miss, they bet a high % on a river if they miss due to there check raise on flop.

Call and evaluate on turn.
If he checks the turn I'm checking behind - on this flop drawing hands don't make up as much of his range as TP type hands. If he bets I'm folding.
