NL25 - Huge Hands, Should I Call Or Am I Already Behind?

I'm always going broke here aren't I? Just making sure it was played right and I shouldn't have folded anywhere along the line yes? The calls along all streets except for river scream either a monster or simply TPTK, but what do you put him on here? QA?
Just not sure whether to fold because 99, QQ, AA, 8x, all beat me, while I only really beat QA. Though his odds for calling in the first place must be terrible so it really doesn't matter?

I accidentally deleted the rest :p but the board comes Q 9 8 rainbow, he checks, I bet pot($3), he calls. Turn is another 8, he checks, I bet pot($9), he calls, river is another 8, he re-raises all in for the last $19. I call. He shows 8 A offsuit.

Second hand, don't really care about the results, but just wondering, should I 4-bet with QQ/re-raise all in pre-flop, or do I call the $4.25, push any flop that has no A or K on it? I'm pretty sure logic dictates I should 4-bet/re-raise all in... If I just call, he bets the flop and I re-raise all in when no A or K comes, than he always has me beat with AA or KK, however their hand ranges will also have AK, maybe AQ/JJ/1010, and vs those hands I want to go all in as they will most likely just fold the flop, and they are already behind pre-flop and only call me post-flop with sets or just bad play. So just standard play here yes?

Hand 1: Bad turn and river obviously, just go broke and reload nothing you can do.

Hand 2: This depends a lot on the opponent. There are quite a few players I play against where I will just fold QQ to a 3 bet. I am assuming you are playing $25 NL so you don't have correct odds to call to flop a set. I actually think you can fold here unless this guy is a really bad player, his 5 bet is AK, JJ, TT almost never unless he is really bad. You are getting 2.75 to 1 and you are going to be a 4:1 dog vs his KK/AA. In this case the amount of your raise worked since it now allows you to fold but overall I dont like the smallish 4 bet raise.
