2/5 NL Live, what to do with this set?

Here's the situation, I'm wondering how others would play this set.

$500 buy in game, late in the night and many stacks are getting deep as there have been several re-buys on the table and in this game you're allowed to buy back in for whatever you're stuck with a cap at 2K.

Stack sizes are roughtly:
Hero $1,300
Button $500
BB $1,400

Hero is in early position with 7[s]. Hero opens betting with modest, pot building raise to $15. The BB and three others call. Pot is $75.

Flop is [7d][8h]. Checked to hero who leads out with a $20 bet. There are two folds then a raise to $90 from the button, then a re-raise to $300 from the BB. Action to hero. What would you do?

Thanks for the excellent insight as always. I'll make a larger flop bet next time. In this case it wouldn't have made a difference either way, but it could in the future so I won't forget.

As for the results of the hand, I thought the same way Zaccala did. I had seen the button make a big raise with an open ended draw once before so I thought 89 was a possibility, although less likely than an overpair or A8. I pushed my stack. The button shook his head and folded. The BB calls and turns over [6d] for the flopped nuts. The board doesn't pair and I got felted.

I still can't see any way to get away from this set with that board and those raises. With such big raises from both of the other players I really didn't think it likely anyone had already flopped it. If I just call the other bets then it's likely my stack was going in by the end anyway and the decision as to if I was ahead or not wasn't likely to get any easier as more cards hit, unless the board paired of course.
