I'd bet the turn because a) it's cake poker and b) he's not full stacked. I want to get all his money in the pot with whatever random hand he has and I think made flushes only make up a small portion of his range. He can easily have a King with or without a heart, a lower pair with a heart that will call or CR, the bare Ah that will call or CR, a PP with a heart that will call or CR, etc etc. You're only in horrible shape against the nut flush. You're in decent shape against 2pairs and you're drawing live if he has a lower flush. If the river is another heart you may lose value out of hands that would have put all their money in on the turn but are afraid to do so now due to the scary board.
Poker is silly.
It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.
Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.
