I have a triple stack, Villian in SB has baout $1 more than a full stack, and other (MP) has a little less than a full stack (just under 9)

Heor opens UTG for 4x with BB, guy behind me calls, (he's a station anyway) SB calls (no real read on him yet, haven't seen him in many hands.

Flop comes:

Hero pots $1.25 and is called in both places.

Turn:

SB open shoves for the remainder of his stack ($8.70)... I'm assuming this is an instafold?

It was on Cake (which should prolly make a call mandatory, but also adds a lot of credibility to your moron statement too), first time I had it happen though...

As far PF I always set my raises as 4x if I open and then I'll add 1BB for every limper.. Which I've heard from some peopke on here as being a "standard" play. Unless I'm raising from the blinds woth a few players already in than I'll pop it even more because of my position.

So basically if we hit top set regarldess of what the board looks like calling a shove is standard?

I've had one guy open shove the flush into me before, but I've had plenty of villains shove with random crap in this spot. I'm too stubborn to fold this.

Think about the math, at a very basic level you risk around $9 to win around $14, the opponent will have a flush here far less often than 50%, thus an easy call.

The 20% or so of the time they do have the flush, just have the dealer ship one of your 10 outs.

Nahh. If the other guy comes along you're getting semi-close to having the odds to boat up even if one/both of them has the flush. If they both have the flush then neither probably has any of your outs, so you have 10 clean outs out of 42 cards, almost a 24% chance to catch ... not bad considering you need to hit less than 33% to break even on the call.
