You need to have some additional evidence that he can't have something like KQs, rare AK.
Ok, what's his range here. From your analysis he can have only 88-22 here. I think it is an underestimation. (Moreover even if he has 77 he is unlikely to float with it OOP and lead turn like this.)
Is this completely out of line ? (400$ 6 MAX)

I was really taken aback by his strong turn lead, I just could not put him on a monster with that turn bet sizing. Seemed to me that he wanted to look strong and take me off the hand.
(But then again I have a tendency to get a bit over aggro in this spots, I'm working on it, but it's not easy...)
From any weaker player who plays more hands I would expect KQ, KJ here alot and fold, but against a tight regular I don't know.
