KTo BB $25NL....interesting situation

This situation came up this morning, and want to know what you think of the second hand here. Same Villain both hands, the first hand pretty much influenced the second hand for me, i'm definitely not one for making this call only given the situation. I'm not exactly sure what his stats were at the time, I think a little looser but now he has 60 hands at 25.3/11/3.25. I mean his stats were'nt terrible but after the first hand I just could'nt give him any respect and thought he probably a bit tilty after I gave him a sarcastic "nh" for giving me a stack with J high. The second hand was 5 hands later and we were both deep stacked at 200BB each.

In hand 2 I dont understand why you are trying to inflate the pot with top pair after checking from the BB.

Sure get a cheap showdown, but you dont want to play for stacks even if the guy is a total donk. Even donks can flop some retarded two pair hand.

Whats my play on the flop here? I actually find myself a little unsure in this situation often when I have TP and there is a flush draw on board and I know my opponent is capable of raising a draw. When should I reraise and when should I call? Or this just a call and see what the turn brings situation? Whats the best play against a possible semi-bluff situation with an opponent?

Basically what Sem said--get a cheap showdown, but don't play for stacks. This would be a perfect spot for villain to stack you with that last hand fresh in your mind. I'd lead flop, call his raise, and go from there. I just wouldn't get too wrapped up in this hand--cheap showdown or wait for a better spot.
