I like a call on the river, especially if I'm calling the turn raise. I think there is a strong possibility that opponent has KQ or AQ or maybe even JT. It seems unlikely that he has that last deuce and came into the pot with it. I like a river call because there is just a really good chance he doesn't have trips here.
Plus, this is Cake.

I don't really think a TAG is gonna limp A2s in MP without any others in the pot. This looks like KQ. I prolly just pooosh after he mins me.

definitely call here. you can eliminate the two hands that have you destroyed, QQ & KK, and it's unlikely he has the case 2. King or a Queen, maybe both, in his hand, but either way a call is in order here. i would even consider raising.

This is 6 max, feels a bit better that most people agree it's a call...
I called and was very suprised to see hiim flip QQ, why anyone would limp QQ in MP I dont know, but this time he maximized value against me anyway.
As this was not enough I had a similar slowplayed hand today as well.
MP raise $20 I call in BB with 66:
Flop
KQ8, check check,
turn:
6 check, I lead 25, he rr 75, I call
river blank
I check , he bets 100, I call, he has QQ.
Well...
