On September 30th I decided that I was tired of never having a winning month. Or at least big enough to actually feel like I was a winner for the month. So I've decided to make a real effort to try and learn the NL6max game. I DO understand that 5k hands is still a really small sample size but I was just curious if any of you folks see anything that really sticks out at you as a big leak or hole in my game from this PokerTracker stuff. All hands have been played at Full Tilt where I also get RB which seems to be adding another nice few BB/100 to the bottom line.
I guess this is looking "ok", but I sure hate all those big ups and downs. Just doesn't seem very consistent to me. And most of the big drops were right close to the start of sessions. I hate always feelin' like I am having to dig my way out of holes the entire session. But hey, at least the graph is going up right?
I think I need to bring my VPIP down a bit, and my PFR up a few points. Problem is, I aint sure how to go about raising PF anymore than I do already. It already feels (when I play) like I am raising like a madman. Damn, that little ultra agressor icon makes me feel like one of the cool kidz.
I never get as much from this page as I probably should. Anything glaring to you guys?
God I love the fact that I am still winning from at least one of the blinds 5k hands into this!! Looks to me like I'm playing too tight from the button. But if I am supposed to be bringing my VPIP down a little, playing looser from the button would only raise it.
Could it be that I really need to play a lot less hands from all the other positions instead?
This last pic confuses me a bit. It only shows 3120 hands even though I've played 4959.
But looking at it sure seems to tell me that I'm going to showdown way too much with just High Card. And I am sooooo glad I don't remember getting that highlighted hand!
Any of you analytic minds feel like helpin' a brutha out?
