Well I guess the if cutoff seems decent so he should not be calling a 3-bet w/ AQ,KQ,QJ,QT and such That leaves something like QQ (unlilkey) and 22 being the only hands that are ahead of you (Q2 is unlikley).

I also do not think a Q would raise the flop fearing you'd fold. I think you should just call and CRAI on the turn. He may have something like KK. He knows for sure u don't have a Q.
