Villain: UTG is 11/8/infinite over 90 hands
Hero: CO

Dealt to hero [Qs] [Qd]

UTG raises to $3.50, 1 fold, hero reraises to $12, 3 folds, UTG reraises to $37, hero folds.

Is this the only way to play here given villain's stats? (I've never seen him 4 bet before, seen one 3 bet) or am I a fearful nit?

With those stat, coming in UTG, I am not sure I like a 3 bet. Maybe keeping the pot small until you see the flop would be wise against these stats.
