Turn, bet is very very weak. Again, make this at least 15 in your hand.

River, had you made MY bet sizes, you'd have 3pf (9 pot), 8flop (25pot), 20 turn (65 pot) which makes this an EASY shove (you only have 19-20 left). See how much bet sizing affects your river decisions? As played, you have a tough one...I vote for betting again. Ch/call is gross because you don't have a good enough read...I think he still calls with worse hands, so just bet the river...however, your decision would've been made FOR you had you had good bet sizing.
