Well, i think the important thing here is to determine how large his normal 3-bet is preflop. I find that players who do it a lot are likely to make a larger raise with AA than they might with AK here, thinking that it's going to increase the chance of action. if you're up against a larger than normal 3-bet, I fold. If this is the RR he normally makes, then I don't mind this play.
The downside, obv, is that you could be called by AA with 5 outs, or worse by QQ looking for running quads. The upside of course is winning it right out, or getting called/outdrawing him. At the very least, a call could be great for table image. If you do get called, win or lose, the next time you have a hand, CRAI, and dont' CRAI again here unless you have a hand.
