Eh I'm fine with a fold preflop only because it's UTG vs UTG+1 and you have reason to believe he's tight.
In my experience this is AA well over 75% of the time.

If he pushed over your 3BET it looks like AK when he 4BETS to $30 is an almost gauarantee he has AA. I have loogeed about 400hrs on Cake the last 4 months and this what I have noticed. That and they may just call in position and push flop. Or just call OOP and CR flop.
I still dont get away from KK here (the first time). I wiont fall for it 2x though.
