Yeah this is def. standard. Even if you didn't have the flush draw this would be a good flop to raise for a few reasons:
1) Villain will almost always fold everything but a K or better
2) Top pair+ makes up such a small part of his range
3) This is the type of flop he will cbet his his entire range pretty much as he can rep a K pretty easily
4) Even though you can't rep a wide range, most villains don't know this, and will just fold their hand
The flush draw is just gravy. Once he shoves you've got to get it in.
Poker is silly.
It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.
Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.
