QQ w/ a fuggly flop v. good player

Villain is a 21/16 regular and one of the only decent, thinking players I've come across at APs 50 tables... One of the only guys that sorta plays CR style (thinking about what Im thinking, etc...)..

So, what do I do when he does this? Just pitch it? Raise and fold to a shove? Move up to where they respect my raises?

Pretty gross. He's either a lot worse than you think, or he's got AA and doesn't put you on a J or TT...fold is good.
